The Technical Secretariat of the Congress offers the participants of the 28th International ICFMH Conference FOOD MICRO 2024 rooms at special prices during the period from July 7th to 11th 2024. The days before and after are subject to availability hotel company at the time of processing your online accommodation reservation. Given the high occupancy expected for those dates in the city of Burgos, all participants are advised to make their reservations as soon as possible in order to guarantee availability.

Confirmation of reservations will be sent after receiving full payment for the stay. Reservations will not be guaranteed without prior payment. The confirmation contains hotel details, check-in, and check-out date, as well as the total amount paid. This document must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations until April 4th 2024 will be refunded, except for an administrative charge of €50.
Cancellations from April 5th 2024: any cancellation will be non-refundable.
All refunds will be done after the congress.
